Shipping Policy
This policy applies to orders on the Chimert Foodmart website, operated by Chimert Concepts & Logistics Limited (RC 1873091).
Delivery and collection options
- Collect in person from our head office and production site (4 Kolawole Odunsi Street, beside Nigeria Customs Office, Ikeja, Lagos) or our branch (1 Omotayo Ojo Street, off Allen Avenue, by Oshopey Plaza bus stop, opposite Commint Bukka, Lagos).
- Local rider delivery for addresses in Lagos.
- Carrier delivery by DHL, Aramex or FedEx for the rest of Nigeria and for international orders. We ship across Africa, Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia, by air and sea.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your order, according to our published rate card, and is shown before you pay.
Delivery times
Typical delivery times are 1 to 2 working days for Lagos rider delivery, 2 to 5 working days for the rest of Nigeria, and 5 to 10 working days for international delivery. Times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and weather.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you can follow it from your order page or on our tracking page, using your Chimert reference or the carrier's tracking number.
International orders
The recipient is responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination country, unless stated otherwise. We will not ship items that the destination country prohibits.
Damaged or missing parcels
Tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
