✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered was damaged, expired, or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce)

  • Opened or used items

  • Items not reported within the return window

⏳ Return Window

  • Local Orders: Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Export Orders: Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

📦 How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund:

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending any items back

💸 Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

  • In some cases, a store credit may be issued if preferred

🔁 Exchanges

If your product qualifies, we can offer a replacement of the same or similar item, depending on availability.

🚚 Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is for non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping
